SAVED! by Reverend Kristin Micheal Hayter
I had heard of Ethel Cain, but she wasn't quite what I had been looking for, and through some related recommendations, I found this album. The genres it's labeled with are Country, Experimental, Gospel, and Alternative which do sum it up quite well. I really enjoy her voice, along with the speaking in tongues that can be heard in a few of the songs on this album. I would definitely describe this as an experience, and I relisten to it constantly.
PsychoWarrior: MG Ultra X by Machine Girl
I own this one on CD. I've loved most of Machine Girl's albums, but this one is the only one I physically own and I'm sure his other albums will appear on this page at some point. The genres are interesting, labeled as Electronic, Breakcore, and Drum and Bass. It definitely is not quite as Digital Hardcore as some previous albums, but I adore the way the sound of this artist has changed and I have zero complaints! Plus, I really recommend checking out some of the music videos as well. (A lost art in my opinion!)
I Don't Know How To Be Happy by Deli Girls
I wish I could remember how I found this, I think I was looking for some Digital Hardcore bands, or I was watching a video about Cybergrind. Regardless, the opening track immediately pulled me in and now I am obsessed. This album in particular is labeled as Electronic, Noise, and Punk, which are apt descriptions. I especially love the tracks that involve her more deep growling voice along with moans, it's a really interesting sound contrast.
